On April 15, 2025, Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, His Excellency Yerzhan Kistafin, paid a visit to Pakistan’s National Library. Raja Javed Iqbal, Director General of the National Library, gave him a warm welcome and explained the library’s vision, mission, and primary functions in detail. During the visit, Ambassador Kistafin emphasized how important it is to improve Kazakhstan-Pakistan relations, particularly in the fields of literature, culture, and heritage.
Additionally, he emphasized the Turkic Academy’s promising role in fostering cooperation and cultural exchange between the two nations. The visit highlighted a shared commitment to deepening mutual understanding and preserving the rich cultural ties that unite Kazakhstan and Pakistan.
